About
The Blair Bicycle Club (BBC) is a non-profit recreational cycling club with over 120 members. The club was established in 2002 to promote the sport of cycling for all levels of road riding. We enjoy organized rides throughout the many great roads in Blair County.

We have a variety of rides that include:

  • Our very popular Saturday morning ride that usually includes an optional rest stop at a coffee or bakery shop.
  • Tuesday evening beginner rides: Once a month visits to the Lower Rail Trail.
  • Wednesday evening rides with a variety of post-ride refreshments.
  • Thursday Mountain Challenge: Climb every mountain, road climbing rides that progressively become more difficult.
  • Various multi-day cost effective trip-rides to interesting places such as the NY Finger Lakes, Wellsboro and other destinations.

BBC also supports community causes: The Brian Mordan Foundation helps kids with Ewing's Sarcoma cancer and childhood cancer research. Rails to Trails of Central Pennsylvania and participation in Wounded Warrior rides. Members participate in an Adopt-a Highway trash pickup project for Kittanning Highway (Horseshoe Curve) followed by wings and pizza at a local tavern.

Social events occur throughout the year as well as a yearly Christmas gathering.

Come ride with us for an enjoyable cycling and social experience!
